Definitions

‘the buyer’ or ‘the customer’ means the person or organisation placing an order with the company subject to these terms and conditions

‘the company’ means Jollies Commercial Furniture

 

General

Jollies Commercial Furniture is a trading name of  Five Trees Furniture Ltd, company number 12668473

All quotations are given and all orders accepted on these terms and conditions. All orders/instructions given by clients shall be deemed to be made subject to these terms.

These terms and conditions supersede all previous agreements between the parties, information appearing in any sales brochure or other documentation produced by the company. 

 

Refunds & Returns

We are committed to providing quality products. Mistakes can happen and should you receive goods that are faulty or damaged then we will of course repair or replace the item. Please email us within 3 days of receipt with a description of the fault/damage along with images if possible

In the case of damaged goods or an incorrect order being received we will take all necessary steps to supply you with the correct products as soon as possible however we do not offer any further discounts or compensation.

Any damages of any kind must be reported within 3 working days of delivery. A photograph may be required in some cases. Refusal to send a photograph will result in your claim being voided. If you use your items within this 3 day period, you are expressing your acceptance of the goods, as they are, and any return request, even if the claim is within the 3 working day period, will not be accepted. By assembling or using the goods, you are stating your approval and acceptance of the goods.

Bespoke furniture – we do not accept returns or cancellations on any bespoke furniture once the work has begun. Please ensure that all details are correct when placing your order and that you are happy with all design decisions.

Non bespoke furniture – can be partially refunded within 7 days of receipt, the cost of delivery and any subsequent collections will be deducted from the total amount paid.

Any collections made regardless of circumstance must be from the same location as to which the good were initially delivery, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Goods must be unused, as delivered and in their original packaging along with the pallet(s) if applicable.

Delivery

Any delivery dates provided are estimates only. We will make every effort to deliver orders are the dates/times agreed however we will not be responsible for any losses that are incurred by the buyer as a result of a late delivery. We do not offer compensation if the agreed delivery date is missed or cancelled.

The buyer is responsible for checking the order upon delivery for damages, any damages or faults with the order should be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

Orders can be collected from our Gloucestershire based unit if pre arranged and if full payment has been received.

We will always attempt to deliver orders in one consignment. Unless agreed in writing with us we reserve the right to deliver orders in more than one consignment if required.

If waiting time is incurred as a result of the customer not being at the agreed delivery location at the agreed delivery slot we reserve the right to charge the customer £20 for every 30 minutes of waiting time incurred.

When placing your order please ensure that you have checked that the furniture in your order will fit into the delivery location, we do not accept responsibility if the delivery cannot be completed due to furniture in the order not fitting into the delivery address.

We reserve the right to decline delivery if believe it is unsafe, unreasonably difficult or unlawful to do so or if the delivery location is unsuitable for the delivery vehicle.

If the delivery companies proof of delivery document is signed with no mention of any damage to the goods then no refunds can be issued for damages caused I transit.

Any attempted and failed deliveries due to access issues will be changed to the customer.

 

Payments & Pricing

Prices provided by us exclude VAT unless otherwise stated, VAT will be charged at the rate that applies at the time of invoice.

Quotes provided by Jollies Commercial Furniture are valid for 30 days, after this time we reserve the right to change pricing to reflect our current pricing lists or any other additional costs we may incur.

A 25% deposit is required to secure any order, the remaining balance is to be paid before the order is dispatched

 

Products

All product images on our website, brochures and other marketing material are for illustration purposes only and form no part of any contract between us.

The colour and finish of the furniture in your order may vary from that displayed in images of furniture on our website or from sample furniture that you have viewed. Screen resolution differs per user and device. The photographs of the materials used online are only representative of colour, style and feel. Please read the product description of each item for full item details. The final finish & item may vary upon delivery. 

Occassionly there may be product information on our website or in other marketing material that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies that may relate to pricing, product description or delivery charges and availability. We reserve the right to correct an inaccuracies and update any information if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

The dimensions and specifications of our products are an estimate only. We will always do our best to work to the dimensions and specifications stated on our website however at times these may vary.

If you have ordered bespoke furniture from us we may take and use photos of the furniture for publicity purposes, if you do not want us to do this please advise us in writing at the time of ordering.

Some of our products are delivered unassembled. We have made a note in the product description on our website if assembly is required however mistakes can happen and some items may be obmitted in error. Please check with us before ordering to check if assembly is required.

When ordering bespoke furniture from us the buyer is responsible for providing the correct sizes and specification and for giving the company any necessary information relating to the goods.

 

Force Majure

The Company shall be entitled to delay or cancel delivery or to reduce the amount delivered if it is prevented from or hindered in or delayed in obtaining or delivering the Equipment by the normal route or means of delivery through any circumstances beyond it control including but not limited to strikes, lockouts or any other form of industrial action, accidents, war, fire, reduction in or unavailability of power at manufacturing plant, breakdown of machinery or shortage or unavailability or raw materials or labour from normal sources of supply.

 

Website Terms


By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Use License
