Please ensure that your order is packaged as it arrived. If orders aren’t returned in the original packaging/box a repacking fee may be applied.
Once we have received your order we will issue a full refund minus any delivery costs.

DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.
Delivery timescales vary depending on the size of the order and the delivery location. Orders can take up to 10 working days to be delivered however a lot of orders are delivered much quicker than this. Over 50% of orders are delivered with 48hrs.
Express delivery – we can offer express delivery options (same day and next day) on all orders, if you need your order quickly please call us before ordering and we be able to provide a quote for express delivery.
Scotland – we can deliver to all postcodes in Scotland. If your postcode isn’t recognised on the checkout page of the website please get in touch directly using the contact details below and we will provide a manual quote/invoice and delivery timescale.
