Jollies Commercial Furniture – Delivery


Any delivery dates provided are estimates only. We will make every effort to deliver orders are the dates/times agreed however we will not be responsible for any losses that are incurred by the buyer as a result of a late delivery. We do not offer compensation if the agreed delivery date is missed or cancelled.

The buyer is responsible for checking the order upon delivery for damages, any damages or faults with the order should be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

Orders can be collected from our Gloucestershire based unit if pre arranged and if full payment has been received.

We will always attempt to deliver orders in one consignment. Unless agreed in writing with us we reserve the right to deliver orders in more than one consignment if required.

If waiting time is incurred as a result of the customer not being at the agreed delivery location at the agreed delivery slot we reserve the right to charge the customer £20 for every 30 minutes of waiting time incurred.

When placing your order please ensure that you have checked that the furniture in your order will fit into the delivery location, we do not accept responsibility if the delivery cannot be completed due to furniture in the order not fitting into the delivery address.

We reserve the right to decline delivery if believe it is unsafe, unreasonably difficult or unlawful to do so or if the delivery location is unsuitable for the delivery vehicle.

If the delivery companies proof of delivery document is signed with no mention of any damage to the goods then no refunds can be issued for damages caused I transit.

Any attempted and failed deliveries due to access issues will be changed to the customer.
